I'm 450 lbs.

Or around that number.

I'm tired of weighing this much. I'm tired of hurting by performing basic activities. I'm tired of enabling myself by being lazy and not taking care of myself. I don't want to be this big anymore and I'm honestly afraid of the health effects that are surely approaching me swifty.

I cannot maintain this weight and honestly feel good about myself anymore. I want to take accountability for myself and get in better shape for myself and my aging mother.

Any tips, questions or words of motivation are deeply appreciated and will be met with honest and sincere responses. I hope to be able to document my journey here like so many others.

Anything I should do first? Where do I begin?
