I have been a soda drinker for...well, ever. As long as I can remember. I have checked every online source I could find and they all give the same advice. Switch to flavored waters, diet sodas, green shakes, etc... I have found literally two drinks in my entire life that I enjoyed and could still lose weight while drinking.
The first was Pineapple Lemonade. While it was still sweet, the amount of sugar wasn't much for the size of the batches I made and pineapple juice seemed to help me lose weight.
The second was carbonated peach tea, which was surprisingly low in calories and VERY delicious! Plus I got my bubble fix that can't be matched by seltzer or diet soda. However, the tea I was drinking got discontinued and I can't find it anymore. T.T
I am open to any suggestions, but there has to be someone out there who knows my pain and can help me from drinking nothing but Pineapple Lemonade for the rest of my days!
