How to know if your are being Fat-shamed.

Hi. I am a 16 year old male, weighing 200lbs and I am 6’1”, and I am not sure if I am being fat-shamed. I have had trouble with my weight during this quarantine, and I have definitely gained pounds, but my family is not making it better. They constantly call me fat, overweight, and “fatass.” My older brother said he is embarrassed to have me as a sibling of his because I have “doubled in size.” Sometimes I am even referred to as my weight which is “200lbs” instead of my name. I know I am fat, but they have been doing this for like 3 weeks straight. Tomorrow, they are putting me on a workout plan and a diet, meaning that they want me to start counting my calories and start running and lifting weights. I don’t know if i’m just confused, or if they are doing it to help me, so I would just like some advice on what to do in this situation.
