Hey guys I've had a bit of a health scare which has caused me to eat my actual servings of fruit/veg each day.
The most frustrating thing though is I've still gained back about a few pounds. I haven't really changed anything about my diet though.
I really want to lose about another 10 pounds, I just don't want to lose my progress.
I'm a bit of a picky eater but I enjoy fruit/veg (grapes, apples, bananas, carrots, celery, salads, spinach, etc.).
What do you guys recommend to cut down on meat? I have been eating a decent amount of chicken each week, I've cut down on beef and fast food too. I just don't know what else to do. (Also been avoiding soda and drinking my 8 glasses of water a day according to my Gastroenterologist's orders).
