How to count calories without doing too much?

Hi! I used to have an eating disorder where I counted calories obsessively. Then I recovered and got a very active job and my weight settled around 52kgs (I’m 1.68m). Over the last year or so my weight went up a bit (60kgs now) due to me liking to cook and eat and starting uni so moving less. Given that I’m rather small and not that active, I feel like I’d have to watch what I eat to slowly lose that weight again, but I’m worried if I start counting I’ll go back to obsessing over it. Anyone got any advice on how to “eyeball” calories without spending too much time on it? I know sports helps but food is at least half of the equation so I think it makes sense to start there. Thanks!
