Stop downvoting please, because you don't know anything about me yet (rule 11). I am not some 16-year-old 6'1 anorexic. I'm not even 5'; I'm actually slightly overweight for the normal of someone my size - 70lbs
Important notice: One main reason I need to lose some weight is that my back will not handle it for as long as it handled it in the past when I broke it for the first time. (I have osteoporosis - I can explain more if needed).
My average weight before now, and was still a bit above normal for my size, used to be 70lbs - which is small - but I am a pretty small dude, so it was normal for my height and "body age" - which is 11, even though I am quite a bit older. However, over quarantine, I gained about 20lbs. It mostly went to random parts of my body, puberty isn't affecting anything either because I have not had it yet, and will not for quite a while longer, apparently.
I already walk a lot and I can't eat too much unhealthy food due to food allergies anyway, so I'm wondering about any other workouts to target the abdomen/buttocks, and about how long it would take to perform each workout.
Note: I cannot do sports or anything that really exceeds the limits of the spine due to my osteoporosis.
Thanks for any help.
