Hello everyone!! Not sure if this is my first or second post here... but would like to thank you all for the great tips and keep up on your journey!
I've always had some problems with the weighing routine...
If I start weighing myself too much (like every day), I lose motivation because I don't see that much change.
If I start weighing myself with a long frequency (like once a week, or once a month), I end up having a tendency to "relax", because I think I'll have enough time to make it up if I ended up eating too much in one day...
So, as the title says, how do you guys deal with the weighing process?
I guess it would work better for me not to weigh myself at all.
