Over the last year, I have regained 30lbs + 10lbs extra.
The worse things about this is:
- my thighs rub again
- my jeans are getting tighter to wear and slip off easier
- there's no way to hide my stomach
- the weight is noticable and affecting my current relationship
- i feel and i look like shit
- i constantly binge eat and feel like shit
I'm hoping to write this as a way of boosting my own morale. I am done with being sad. I am angry that I have to prove myself that I am more than a depressed, unmotivated and incompetent person. Self-neglect is kicking my arse and I am done with making people think I have no hope.
