So starting off i need to mention im 300lb, i have an idea of what i should do which ill get to later, but when i had previously lost around 100 pounds i mainly starved myself and did a lot of cardio with some weight training at the gym. Now since ive had bad depression, I realized how much of a scam my gym was, and how quarantine started ive been gaining back..
What im working with : a barbell, resistance bands, 2 dumbells, a cardio bike, and i have a skateboard that i love using but nowhere to go 😔
My workouts : Deadlifts (50lb), curls (30lb each), wrist curls(15lb each), overhead tricep extension (25lb), i do 4 sets of 10 each. i try to burn 600 calories on the bike as well. 6 days a week is my plan
i want to improve properly and i realize i dont focus on parts i just do them every day lol hence why i bought resistance bands xD i was thinking off getting a bench but not sure yet. Any advice will be greatly considered, thank you if you decided to read !
