Anyone else get nauseous when not eating for a while?

Anyone else get nauseous when not eating for a while?

19M, 5’9” 188lbs right now, on opiates for chronic pain and trt.

I eat normally just 3 meals of mainly and almost all protein and around 1200-1600. Sometimes I notice if I skip a meal or eat a meal later I tend to get nauseous, like If I eat breakfast at 8 and then lunch at 2-3 or lunch at 1 and then dinner at 7-8 then I get nauseous around dinner time. Have also thrown up after the gym occasionally at like 5 if I ate early at like 12 or skipped lunch. Anyone else experience this and know how to solve it?

Also on opiates (Tramadol) but not the ones that cause nausea and also on TRT which may be adding to the nausea as it is literally the pregnancy hormone they give me but I didn’t notice any nausea when I first started it. And the nausea only comes when not eating and doesn’t change based on any of the meds I’m on.
