Am I eating what I should be

I'm 18 female 5'6 and 190 pounds from the last time I checked

So I'm not sure if I'm eating the amount of calories I should be, I've set my limit to 1445 in an effort to lose 2 pounds a week and I count everything I'm hoping to get a food scale to count it better. Food is starting to feel gross to me like I'm eating too much still and that seeing how much my family eats makes me disgusted.

Tonight I had a burger with cheese and ketchup along with 3 potato puffs I couldn't count how many calories the burger was so i put it at 300 calories for 1 patty the cheese was two tablespoons at 55 calories and the ketchup was 1 tablespoon for 20 calories the potato puffs were 50 calories for 3. I feel like I still had too much to eat.

My family is making fun of how much I'm eating, when I used to eat quite a bit they made fun of me and now that I eat less they still make fun of me it all just makes my appetite disappear.

Should I be eating more? I'm pretty sure I've stopped growing so I don't think that I'll mess up anything. Any advice is accepted thank you.
