Try not to let doubt creep in. When you doubt yourself that’s when you may lose motivation. Remember the basic fundamentals of dieting and know that if you follow it you WILL lose weight. Slip ups are bound to happen but it’s best to keep your head up and not beat yourself up for it. You have the power to change and you’re all doing so great for even trying. Keep up the good work and I hope you all achieve what you set out for yourself. I’ve kind of written this as a reminder for myself as I’ve recently plateaued a bit. I try not to punish myself too much although I do enjoy eating a lot cleaner. That’s not to say I can’t have the occasional treat though. Good luck comrades.
