Hey all, I've the past couple years I have put on a substantial amount of weight (185lbs to 350lbs) the main problem though it that is mostly water retention..
I've had all the usual suspects checked (Thyroid being the one that could be the biggest contributor) but they all checked out fine.
Now I can lose 5 or 10 lbs here and there, but it's always back a couple days later. I've been keeping an eye on my sodium, sugar and caloric intake (none have which have been very high) and nine of those are the culprit either.
I'm at my wit's end here, Ive been a bean pole all my life (before this my heaviest was 200lbs and I'm 6ft 3in) my knees and back can't take this extra weight anymore, I struggle and get winded just trying my shoes or getting up to pour a cup of coffee.. and my legs get the worst of it as they constantly have weepy blisters that take months to heal (some still haven't after almost a year due to poor circulation,) and yes I use leg wraps.
Any ideas on how to get rid of it?
