You can do it

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I am lucky. I have never had the time or circumstance to get very big but I still found the time to get fatter than I wanted to be. This year I dropped about 15kg. Small beer for some. Big beer to me.

I did so through eating and exercise. It wasn't easy. Throughout I wondered what I was doing and why. I still do. But I persevered. I am still on my journey. But I wanted to let anyone else thinking about taking that first step that it is worth it.

If you think you want to change you can. The hard part is getting to that decision. Then you just need to lean forward. Let the momentum if not eating as much shit as you were and doing sweaty things take over. It gets easier. Eventually.

Also don't let you scales rule your life. Look at the trend line. Not just yesterday's number. Down overall is good. Don't beat yourself up over "last night". You. Can. Do. It. Be patient. Persevere. Try hard and be organised. Good things will come.
