I know! overdoing things often end up in setbacks, injuries etc. but im really motivated for over a week now but its hard for me to convert it into something efficient.
I have got a weight bench, 2 dumbbells, a barbell and a gym mat and while i know how to work with my weights, i basically just do random things on the mat.
Since i really wanna go into fat burning i was looking into HIIT only to find out that alot of exercises are impossible or to say the least feel painful or just not good...
Burpees are not explosive jumps out of a "pushup" and basically just feel like im standing up after laying on the ground...
Are there Hiits for obese? what are your favorite bodyweight exercises?
Just do Burpees until they feel better?
