19f, 5’3, 155lbs
I went down a notch in my belt but my weight hasn’t gone down. I’m very confused, I’ve been trying to diet and I’ve been in a calorie deficit but my weight won’t go down. Most days I eat around 1000cal give or take, and my job is pretty physical. I eat a lot of eggs, oats, and yogurt. I’ve also replaced junk food with fruit, so I’m not sure where I’m going wrong.
The only change I’ve seen after making an effort to eat healthier is that I no longer have any chest pain. I used to live off of fast food which Im positive that’s what contributed to that pain.
Although I might buy a new scale because the one I’ve been using has negative reviews about it being unreliable. If after I get a new one and my weight is still not going down then I might go to the doctors.
