I'm M/29/180 cm/94 kg. I've been measuring my weight for a 2 years now and measuring my waist line since April and here's the funny thing that happened: my weight increased from 93 to 94 kg but my waist decreased from 105 cm to 95 cm. During that time I mostly did walking (lots of), didn't count calories but tried to eat rationally, included resistance training very late (one month ago or so for the most part there was no lifting during that period) and also included soccer (aka football) since May/June.
To me it seems illogical, the huge decrease in waist size should have been accompanied by loss in overall weight, given that there was very little resistance training. Any explanations?
