Finally pushing myself...

Long time lurker first time poster. Hi everyone! So I've always been a tad on the heavier side. At one point I actually got up to 272 lbs about 15 years ago. For reference, I'm 6 foot. At the time I had a racquetball court near me and enjoyed playing every chance I could. In 6 months I was down to 230... but still wasnt happy with my size. Since moving to Jacksonville I no longer had a court within walking distance and over the past 10-15 years I've managed to climb back up to 262. There are a few courts around town but only a handful that a publicly accessible. Finally bit the bullet and going to try one I found that's about 26 miles away on Saturday. If it works out I plan on going every Saturday morning.

My question to anyone that's reading is... My goal weight is 180. Is that a healthy weight to be at for a 6 foot male to be at or will I look sickly?
