I have been struggling with my calorie defdeficit.

I started almost a month ago and so far have lost 3 pounds, today on the scale showed only 2 pounds down but I’m guessing it’s because it’s night time.

I have a habit of going over 50-400 calories. I eat 1500 because that is 500 off my TDEE. I always get hungry and I need advice.

I want to lose weight, I need to.

Can you guys Please give me advice to stop going over on my calorie deficit? Thank you in advance...also maybe words of encouragement and something to make me feel better since i overeat by 400 calories today..

5’8 20 Old female started 192 was 188 last time i checked but tonight 189
