Hope you're kicking butt this fine day!
Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning.
Stay within calorie range (maintain): Maintenance.
Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT video. 20/27 days.
Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): There has been much journaling, I may finish this journal I just started this month. 4/4 weeks.
Self-care time (work on not using food as a reward): Gonna have a lovely shower in a bit with much moisturizing.
Try a new recipe once a week: Turkey tacos, roasted parsnips, roasted purple cauliflower, fajita marinade/fixings & a hamburger casserole thingy. 5/5 weeks.
Be more mindful, present in my body & express gratitude to avoid the hedonic treadmill: Went a little off the rails yesterday. I may have been more or less directly exposed & now the party doesn't want to get tested so I'll go get tested. My response to that yesterday may have been cake. We live in trying times. Cake is better than some other choices. And I won't lie, I'm a little scared. Stay safe losers. Much love to y'all.
