I'm lost, I don't know what to do. I need advice

Hello all, hope you are having a great day :)

Earlier this september I decided that it was time to lose weight. I'm not new to this because I have previously lost arround 30kg before (65lbs). The thing is when I lost that much weight I did it going on a diet that you can't mantain over time and ended up gaining 10kg back.

Anyway, fast forward to this past september I decided that I would go with a deficit of calories and tracking my calorie intake. I set my goal to losing 0.75kg a week but in reality I only wanted 0.5kg but that way I have a little bit of cushion for miscounting, etc.

The first two weeks went great as I lost nearly 1.5kg but ever since then I have only lost 0.5kg total. I have been stuck an entire month on the same weight an it's honestly starting to take a toll on my motivation. I weight everything that I eat, I go to the gym 5 times a week to lift weights an do a bit of cardio. Myfitnesspal told me to eat arround 1650 calories and I'm always 200 or so under that amount

I don't know really if this a post to ask for advice, or if this is a rant because I'm on the verge of giving up. I'm even starting to blame my food scale for bad weighting but I doubt thats the case XD.

A few stats:

-Male 24 years

-Height: 182cm

-Weight: 90.5kg

If you have any advice on how should I proceed it would be of great help. Thank you and sorry for grammar or bad spelling, english is not my first language.
