Where do I get started?

But if background info. I (23M) am currently sitting at 6 foot 3., 360 pounds. Not where I want to be. I’ve definitely added around 25-30 pounds since my last scale check (pre COVID lockdown). I have always been on the larger side but this is by far my worse. COVID brought on some tough times mentally as well as brought new positive challenges (my son was born in April). I’m currently starting to see signs of body fatigue from lack of moving around during the pandemic. My knees are arching and my back starts killing me after extended periods of holding my son.

I feel like a mess right now weight wise. Mentally I am happy and motivated to now make a change. But my question remains. Where do I start?!

I have a small fitness gym in my basement. Mostly consisting of weights. A bench press with a bar and some weights, and a Treadmill.

I want to get down there but I need some sort of structure/routine to get me focused and started. While I have the motivation I struggle with focus. Which leads me to forget to work out.

I’m just looking for advice and thought this platform seemed like a good place to start. Sorry if this post is rambling but I would appreciate any feedback people have!

Thanks!
