Scared about regaining.

Cant add flair because I'm on mobile but I am 5'5, 129lbs. I started out as 205lbs. I don't feel like I can relate to many people. I'm not a stress eater but quite the opposite. When I'm stressed I have 0 appetite. Needless to say going through covid as an ICU nurse and a break up has made maintaining these last 2 months a breeze. We surged with covid cases here in Texas and it's dwindling down and I'm working my way through this break up and getting terrified by my improving mental state.

I'm hoping 8 months of good habits is enough to stick. I'm also really intent on running a 5k. Running is my weakness but i really want to improve my cardio. If anyone is remotely in the same situation I'd love an accountability partner or even some words of encouragement!
