Really struggling with looking like I weigh a lot more than I actually do

I'm 5'2" and currently ~165lbs which puts me in the lower obese bmi range. - which means I'm still very fat, I know, I'm working on it...

I'm very happy with the progress I've made so far and I look very different but I still look like I weigh more. I constantly see progress pics of people with my stats and they look so good and I'm happy and proud of them but I sometimes get green with envy because I look like I have 20lbs more on me compared to them. Which honestly is kind of weird as I work out and have very defined leg and arm muscles and I'm also big breasted so you'd think some of that weight is accounted for but it's not. I carry all of my weight in my belly and it's awful. I see women my height that weigh 30lbs more than me and they have smaller bellies than I do. It's so vain and I sound awful but it's really weighing on my mind and I'm not sure how to deal with it.

Sorry this is a bit of a rant, I needed to get it off my chest and I don't know where else to do it so thank you for making it this far.
