I (24F) lost 35 lbs in the last 5 months, went from 160 to 125 and I.. just don't feel like I'm there yet.. I'm 5'3"
My GW was 118. It's gotten so SLOW. I had good gains and good changes even in the mirror and now nothing! Since a month! The scale won't move, the mirror won't budge. My fat pockets won't budge from my stomach and back that's literally the ONLY fat left and I really wish it'd just disappear once and for all.
I do yoga and bodyweight 5 days a week, walk 7 kms 5 days a week, do 18:6 IF and prioritize protein. I know last few lbs are tough. But it's so slow I'm losing all motivation and hope. I'm okay with my body right now, but I had a dream and it seems like I'll never get there. Like I'll fail at the last step.
It is extremely frustrating.
