Around 3 weeks ago I gathered up courage and weighed myself to find out I was at my highest weight ever. That was a baaad day for me... I checked again 3-4 times over the next week to verify and it was consistently the same. Around 10 days back I started exercising and changing my diet for the better. I appear to have lost 2kg (4.4lbs) since then, which is a loss of more than 1kg per week. It doesn't seem right...
I keep wondering whether my initial measurement was wrong or the current one. I'm afraid this was my actual weight all along, nothing has changed and it's going to remain the same or that it might actually start increasing. And if that happens I'm gonna get so frustrated and upset and give up.
Can anyone please help me get a realistic perspective on this? And advise how to deal with weight fluctuating up and down (which I know is inevitable)?
