I’m 21F: SW:200, CW: 150, GW:130 - Student who walks loads
I’ve reached a dead end guys. I lost 50 pounds quite slowly without full intention of doing so but felt so happy when I was dropping weight and much more confident with myself. Recently, especially with lockdown, I feel as though I cannot lose weight anymore. I am desperate to lose 20 pounds but struggle to push myself to exercise and get a caloric deficit.
I realise I lost a lot of the weight due to disordered eating - I wouldn’t eat all day and walk 10-15,000 steps but this isn’t sustainable for me anymore.
I guess my question is - how did you all initially start the journey to losing weight in a healthy manner?
As much as I WANT to lose weight I feel like I am blocking myself to do it and I can’t figure out how to stop this block.
