calories in bacon from the butchers?

We don't eat much meat, but most of what we do eat is from the butchers which doesn't include calorie counts, urgh. So I got smoked back bacon (the most popular British cut of bacon) from the butchers. I dunno how many calories to log for it though. Any ideas? It's sooo tastey, but so thick I only had one slice for breakfast with some beans and mushrooms. I'm aiming for 1200-1300kcal a day so don't want to under-eat and also don't want to destroy what little deficit I have!

I've looked at the best quality bacon from the supermarket online and that varies per 100g at: 232kcal, 237kcal, 262kcal, and then there's a 386kcal product! I'm not sure if the last one is a typo!? https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/264144346 it doesn't have added water though, like most of the others. It seems the fanciest, so possibly most like butchers meat? Another one doesn't have added water and is 232 per 100g!?

The bacon slices are on average 125g each!!! (they're sliced by hand and almost like pork chops!) so I'm tempted to call them 300 or 350kcal a slice... what do you think? It was cooked under the grill (broiler) and we picked it up with tonges to allow melted fat to drip off before plating.
