Breaking out while losing weight?

I’m a 23 year old male who started exercising and doing IF 16:8 in July. On Monday I started a new diet and have noticed I’m breaking out more than usual. Is this normal? I’m also doing more cardio about 45min a day with dumbbell training for 35min. Can sweat be the cause?
