6 months of healthy eating, home cooked meals, and nearly daily exercise and I’ve only lost 1 single pound.

F, 22, SW: 211, CW: 210, GW: 155 I’m the same weight/maybe 3-4 lbs different in each photo. same weight So I bought a scale today to help weigh my dog since we’re trying to get him to lose 15 lbs. I stepped on the scale, curious to see where I was at expecting to see at least 5-10 lbs lost since ive been working extremely hard and have seen a lot of changes in my strength and tone. I thought I would be in onederland by now but I’m only 1 pound less than what I was before quarantine. I rarely eat out anymore, I cook home cooked veggie and fruit packed meals, I track my calories, I have my BED under control, I do yoga or walking or biking or HIIT every day. 90 minutes of exercise at least. I was livid and sad and disappointed and confused. I cried for a minute, but tomorrow I’m starting to count my macros and will adjust to a bit of a lower calorie goal. Has anyone been in this spot? How do I keep positive and see the scale move? I feel like at this rate I will never be where I want to.
