30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 6

Hello losers,

Almost a full week into August, can you believe it? Days are long but months are flying by!

Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): 202.4 this morning. That's more like it scale.

Stay within calorie range (1500 weekdays, maintenance weekends): Nailing it. Under goal today. May even have a reasonable amount of fried chicken for dinner.

Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk. 6/6 days.

Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Not today. 1/1 weeks.

Self-care time (working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 1/6 days): Therapy.

Try a new recipe once a week: Baked donuts, enchilada casserole, bbq hummus & tonight a new kind of slaw or two because picky eaters need various sauces. 4/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not today. 0/50 pages.

No fast food or candy from the work dish: Streak day 4.

Be present in my body & accept the sensory feedback: Not hungry. All I want is coffee. Weird. I blame the heat.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Today I'm grateful for access to mental health care services.

Your turn kids!
