30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 19

Hello losers,

Hump day! It does feel like there's been a grumpy camel about all day.

Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning.

Stay within calorie range (1500 weekdays, maintenance weekends): Nope. Nope nope nope.

Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 14/19 days.

Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Got some done last night will do more today. 3/3 weeks.

Self-care time (working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 5/16 days): TBD.

Try a new recipe once a week: Baked donuts, enchilada casserole, bbq hummus, more different enchilada casserole, dressing(s) & my meal prep is mashed cauliflower because my turkey is not defrosted. Whoops. 5/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not today. 0/50 pages.

No fast food or candy from the work dish: Streak day 1.

Be present in my body & accept the sensory feedback: Body says it's hot & I could use a nap.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: What's giving you life today losers?
