For some background information I’ve been overweight my entire life, I’ve had to go through some pretty bad times during my childhood and a few bad times during my teens. It was during these times that food was my only comfort, and even now that things have gotten a bit better I still REALLY enjoy food, bad and good, eating, or making. This quarantine has really taken a toll on me and I’ve gained some pounds due to it. But I want to change it and I don’t know how. Where do I start? I’m 235 pounds, I have a very messy and unstructured schedule, random cravings, a loving grandma who likes to stuff me LOL, and have school just around the corner. I want to clean up my diet and really go through the hard process of loosing weight. But where do I start? I have no clue what to do for both diet OR physical activity.
