Workout routine?

Forgive me if I'm not in the right group for this. I just started tracking calories last week to try and lose at least 20 pounds. For reference I am 22 y/o, 5'7, and 220 lbs. I work a semi-physical job, dependent on the day, as its construction and some days are easy.

I only want to workout at home as the gym options in my area are nil. I do have the bow flex dumbells, a bench, and a space to workout.

My workout goals: Lifting to improve job performance Possibly starting to run (though not sure, as I suck at running and have flat feet) Preferably an hour max on lifting - 3/4 days a week. I dont want my life to revolve around working out, honestly. I've had issues in the past with being all or nothing and I want to try to avoid that this go around.
