What do i have to look out for?

So I started losing weight a couple of days ago. What I am doing now is that i just stopped eating junkfood, stopped drinking anything that isnt water and started eating a smaller portion of what i used to eat on a day.

I have pretty much only been looking at kcal, suger and fat when eating thinks. And was wondering if there are other thinks i should watch out for.

Also when i was looking at tips for losing weight i saw some people saying that eating bread is bad when trying to lose weight. To what degree is this true?

Also also is there a minnimum of how much you need to eat even when not feeling hungry?

(sorry if i gave you a stroke when reading this, English isnt my native language)
