I dont feel like going through my whole story but to sum it up
I had a injury when I was excercising/running/ and playing basketball alot, it was my foot I injured in January
I gained some pounds when I was injured but I was expecting to bounce back and be able to work out and play ball by late March and April. But covid happened.
As a result, like alot of other people. I gained weight from being inside eating. Even when the gyms opened i still did not attend for obvious reasons(wasnt trying to catch the covid)
So I haven't worked out frequently since January. Any tips on what I can do to lose this covid weight while everything is closed.?
any methods, articles, technqiues to do? I just spent time reading on how to fight cravings and carving your appetite.
