Staying in control in the office

Hi everyone,

I'm finding it really hard to control myself in the office. I know at the end of the day it comes down to willpower and it's up to me, but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions or stories about what they do. It seems to be birthday season at the moment so there is constantly a cake in the kitchen. My problem is as soon as I see it, having a slice is all I can think about. Even if there are leftovers and I see it in the fridge the next day, the cycle will start again. The same happens when someone fires up the popcorn machine.

I do calorie count for the rest of my diet and I'm not going hungry, and I treat myself when necessary at home but when these foods appear at work it just takes over my mind and I'm not sure how to take control back and stop.

How do you cope with the office delicacies?
