Im 5'3, 270lbs, and 22 year old female.
A couple weeks ago, I decided to try to start calorie counting as a way to lose weight. The way ive avoided the most. Ive tried eating healthier and fasting but i havent been able to stick with it.
Im limiting myself to 1352 daily calories and Im really struggling with being hungry. I have a hard time stretching the calories to last the day.
I need both motivation to stick with it and not give in, as well as some advice on maybe some low calorie meals/snacks that are also filling and satisfying.
Im also honestly terrified of loose skin although i know my health is more important.
