Started Dec 16 2019 at 207lbs, got down to 180 in April 2020 and have been stalled out ever since. Getting quite frustrated with it. Definitely I let my discipline go in May and early June but got it back together in terms of diet but my momentum has stopped. I am running 4 times a week, calorie count for a target of 1500 per day (usually between 1500 and 1800), and switched to 20:4 IF 2.5 weeks ago to try and jump start things, but still nothing.
How long has it taken you to push through plateaus? And what did you do to jump start it?
