New here and STRUGGLING

Hey all! I am new to this site in general but I’m hoping someone might have tips. I am stuck. I am 26, 5’4” and 203lbs. I was near my goal weight of 150 in January and within a few months I sky rocketed to 200. I haven’t changed my eating patterns and I have increased my exercise due to working from home. I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and I really don’t know how to get back to a healthy weight. A little back story, when I was 19 I injured my back and did 9 epidural injections for pain relief which caused weight gain. Shortly after my 9th epidural I became pregnant and placed in bed rest, went from 145 to 277. A year after having child I went from 277 to 160 and 2 years later I was at 150. My weight is all over the place but I need help. Does anyone have suggestions or meal plans for someone with PCOS and maintaining a healthy weight?
