23F 162cm SW:61Kg CW:60.5kg GW:55kg
I have to sticking to an average of 1200-1400calories over these past 2 weeks and logging religiously in MFP. Strength training 3x a week.
I saw a nice steady loss in week 2(⬇️ 0.8kg) and im so close to 59kg... its frustrating that my weight has been fluctuating from 60.5kg to 60.2kg and back again. I really thought this would be the week I will break 60.
Even though I expected it, its really hitting me hard and im slipping...a little snack here and skipping half a set there. Nothing too serious, but its a slippery slope and I guess I just need someone to tell me to keep going and tell me things are gonna look up soon.
