Mentoring?

I try to follow Beck Diet Program. It is based on cognitive-behavioral theraphy. It sound very reasonable, but I am stuck at day 6: find a mentor. I wonder if anyone here followed that program and can give me any advice. I would really appreciate it.

I don't have a friend or relative who would fit. My ex-therapist works in paradigm I don't believe anymore (psychodynamic). When I tried find another therapist, I've been rejected, cause I had an Anonymous Overeaters sponsor at the time. This sponsorship lasted 2 weeks and led me to leave the community. I am not spiritual at all and I can't stand their approach. I consider a psychodietitian or a coach with a history of bulimia, but I hate that I would have to talk about my whole history. I am tired of that. And I really can't imagine discussing my meal plan and it's execution. For me it's so private! I am so ashamed of my eating habits...

I would love to know if you have a mentor, who they is and how you work. Thanks!
