Hello,
I've been trying to figure this calorie stuff out in terms of eating crap food alongside some diet changes and doing a new program and I don't understand how i'm losing so much weight so fast.
I started doing the DDP yoga program about 3 weeks ago (my fifth time to do one of these including insanity and p90x and stuff) but I got super overweight in the last 2 years with my BMI being at 32 at one point. I'm down from 224 pounds to 170.8 and I went vegetarian nearly a month ago too for the second time.
I've noticed when I weigh myself that even after three weeks of this, it seems i'm losing weight quite fast with me losing around 2 to 4 pounds in the last week alone and obviously I know around 1 to 2 a week is the healthiest way but I feel I might be doing something wrong. Even if you aren't eating as much calories as you should and the calories you eat sometimes are ridiculously crappy food, will you still lose weight? I find it hard to believe how I can eat some really fatty foods and stuff and then continue to lose weight and I don't think my metabolism is all that 'strong'. Sorry if asking the question here is shunned upon, I don't get how I can eat a big bag of fatty chips yet im losing 3 to 4 pounds and my lack of knowledge is worrying me a bit that i'm doing something wrong with my body.
Thanks for any input :)
