Losing motivation after a couple months

I (26 F, 5’8”) started a little over 2 months ago at 195 lbs and am now down to 179 lbs. I log everything I eat into MyFitnessPal (anywhere from 1200-1600 cal/day) and run up and down a set of stairs down the street from me (according my iPhone health app, it’s about 4 floors) everyday, on top of going for a leisurely walk in the evening. I just feel like I’m hitting a wall with motivation (or lack thereof). I’ll do anywhere from 8-10 intervals (down and back up counts as 1) on the stairs, but I’m also trying to keep it interesting by doing every second step for some random bits. I don’t know, I’m just starting to feel stuck and wondering how to stay on track without hitting a wall like I am now.
