Is my trainer right? Can I go lower in calories? CW460

Im on the heartbreak diet after my fiancé left me about a month ago. Ive been going hard an hour in the gym 7 days a week. Im 6ft 460 currently (down 20) but my problem wasn’t really food. It was booze. An absolutely absurd amount at about two half gallons a week of whiskey. Not much but maybe 1500 calories in food a day. Ive cut out the booze, but he wants me eating 3500 calories a day. Can I cut that way down if I want to lose more weight fast? I know 2-4 pounds a week is what they say is healthy, but I need it to go quicker. How low can I safely go? Will it help me lose weight faster? Thanks!
