I’m Desperate To Lose It

Howdy all! I’ve struggled significantly with binge eating since I was 17. From mid 17 to late 18 I gained more than 100lbs and went from 220 to 336. I recognized I needed to lose weight and wanted to do it as quickly as possible. Enter: keto. Keto helped me lose that 116 lbs in just 7 months, with little to no exercise. While this is ‘great’ it f***ed me up for a while. I didn’t realize that my problem was binge eating, and continued binging the entire time I was on Keto. The minute I got off of Keto, the scale stared going back up. Now, I’m at 275 and recognize I have a real problem. I bought a calorie counting app, started doing some brisk walking each day and am doing 16/8 IF. I haven’t binged in 2 days and am committed to staying on track with my weight loss. Does anyone have any long-term health advice that may help me stay on track?
