If i lose the weight, will being 400 pounds now, at age 31, ruin my chances at a long life?

I keep googling this question and not finding a satisfactory answer, then I stop because it's giving me anxiety to read the articles that may contain the answers.

I just want a straight answer, no bullshit. Does losing weight now still give me a chance at having as long a life as possible or has damage already been done. I'm concerned about organ damage and whatnot. I'd like to know specifically how many years I may have shaved off my life, statistically speaking of course, just by having gotten this large. Im full aware there are no absolutes, yada yada yada, I just wanna know what the science and stats are.

Info on me: 5'10'', white, male, non-diabetic(as far as i know, I've been tested the last 3(ish?) years but my last checkup was like 14 months ago....fucking covid). I wasn't overweight until probably high school, and even then I was mostly muscle mass being a big farm boy from Iowa playing fullback in football. I hung around 200-215 in hs until senior year when i was running a lot and went down to like 190 lbs before college. I became an alcoholic in college, and slowly climbed to like 250 by age 24 or 25, then to like 280 by age 28 then 330 by age 29, now I'm almost 32 and I am 399. I've gotten my drinking faily under control during the last 5 years,, struggled with it a bit, but I celebrated a year of sobriety last May.

Note: I still plan on losing the weight even if I am fucked longevity wise as I still want to have a more enjoyable life, I just would like a straight answer on this question.

Thank you for any answers.

edited for clarity and expansion of question.
