I went back to CICO from WW and wow did I miss it!

Just as the title says! I have used CICO in the past. Last January-June I lost 35lbs using it. But I had long abandoned that after the death of my father and a new more stressful job! Cut to April, I was laid off and in the midst of quarantine and I knew I needed to get back into my groove. I decided to try WW since I’ve always heard about it since childhood. I lost 12lbs in two months and I loved it!! At first... Cut to month 4 of it and I’m honestly bored and annoyed with their points system. The thing I loved about CICO was that if I put the work in, I could eat what I wanted. Or even if I didn’t work off extra calories! I knew exactly what I was working with and if I wanted a cookie I knew the exact dent it’d make in my day. But with WW they are ridiculous on sugar and saturated fat with their points. I understand it’s not the healthier option but shit, 28 points for a 350 calorie smoothie is dumb. I decided I’d try and use both apps (lose it and ww) and honestly I missed CICO. It gives me the freedom of whatever I want but in routine daily limits. I feel like my groove is coming back!!! Needless to say I may stop with WW for now. It served me very well for the few months I used it but I just hate their points system the longer it goes lol
