i need some ideas/help
quarantine hit me like a ton of bricks and i moved back home and started to gain weight. a lot of it. i used to weigh 145lbs around this time last year which was on the heavier side because i’m a short 19 year old female who is only 5’2”. i’m now at 195lbs and i’m dying to lose the weight and get to where i was last summer or get to a health weight for my height and that’s probably between 108lbs-135lbs. i would ideal like to lose 70lbs and my goal weight would be 125lbs. i’m trying super hard to get to my goal weight but i don’t know how. anyone got any advice on how i should start? because i’m in desperate need for ideas and advice on how to get the ball rolling
