I let myself down and gained some weigh back..how to you stay focused on your goal?

SW: 120KG CW 116KG W 90KG

I used to be very athletic but I gained a lot of weight due to meds I had to take for depression. I cut back on some of the meds but I also used food as comfort for a while...

Around mid may this year I was at 120KG. I couldn't bare the sight of myself in the mirror or just felt this thing I'm carrying, I mean my body, disgusted me.

I started intermittent fasting and limiting my calorie intake and eating in general everyday. Limited drinking to two times a week (while it was almost everyday). I also started to run (at a very low level) two times a week. I went from 120kg to 113kg in a month and a half. But now I was on holiday for a week and I let myself go...didn't fast, didn't pay attention to what I was eating a drank a lot. Result, I'm back and gained 3kg back...I'm so discouraged right now I need some support....
